“Aloha” little lady!” Lilliana said as she walked by Matilda who was heading out to the sea for her afternoon swim.
“Oh hi ms Keoha, i didnt see your son Makoa by this morning for his usual cake pick up”. Matilda said all concerned.
“Oh dear, he started this new job down at the Sand Bar, he headed out pretty early this morning to help out with the grand opening tonight. I must go, take care!” explained Lilliana as she hurried away.

Matilda though it seemed like a good idea to pass by and have a look. That night Matilda dolled up nicely for the first time since she has been here.
All the locals boys that usually flirts with her was there and tonight she was feeling good.
Matilda made her way to the bar. She saw her customer boy.
“oh hi there Makoa, i missed you this morning” she said teasingly.
“Ohhh wow hi! What a pleasant surprise! Can i offer you a drink, its on the house!” He said all cheerful.
“Oh thank you i will have a Rootbeer” said Matilda.
In a few minutes all the others boys notice Matilda at the bar and surrounded her, congratulating her for stepping out.
“We hope to see you here more often now”, said Makoa. But Matilda just gave him a smile and said nothing.
They then lead her out at the bonfire where they were doing the fire dance. Matilda watched with amazingness.
She even tried out the karaoke!
Few hours later Matilda threw herself on an outside couch all exhausted when she saw a girl approaching her…
” oh dear that girl is walking towards me, what does she want? She look like she not even from here”. Matilda though as she straighten herself up in the seat looking at the girl approaching her.
“Hi, do you mind if i sit here with you?” Said the girl”.
“Oohhokay”… Matilda said unsure as she scoot over making space for her.
“Hi im Jayne, i heard this is the party place, saw you with the locals, your are quite the star here aint you?” She said.
“Uhm not really” Matilda said all shy. Usually she would tell her off as she dont like female companions. She never really never got over the princesses in her past life. But there was something about her… Matilda could not really understand what was it though. She gave her a big smile and said to her,
“What are u drinking?”
Jayne said with a smile, showing his glass, “oh this?, i dnt really know, its the welcoming drink at the bar taste like some fruit punch!”
” fruit punch? Oh dear they told me they put some pretty heavy alcohol in it, how many of these have you had?” Matilda asked gigling.
“Well…i dunno.. whose counting” Jayne said barely able to talk.
“Goodness your drunk, where are you staying?” Asked Matilda
“The Sapphire Shores Resort” said Jayne.
She agreed to let Matilda accompanied her home as she suggested since she was so buzed.

Arriving at the Resort Matilda stared at the beautiful luxurious look of the resort.
As Jayne thanked her & They hugged each other goodbye Matilda noticed a very expensive looking ring on her finger.
She thought to herself, “ohh wow this chick must be loaded to be staying here & wearing such jewellery.”

She went home with a big smile on her face.
Feeling glad she stepped out for a bit turned out to be the best night Matilda have had in so many years…
As she layed down in her bed she could not Believe how good she was feeling…
